This Privacy Policy explains how DigitalFormats ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use DigitalFormats, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Email address — collected when you sign in, used to authenticate you and send magic links.
  • Usage data — how many free/paid uses you have consumed, stored against your account.
  • Payment information — processed and stored by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Files you process — for browser-based tools, your files never leave your device. For any tool requiring server-side processing, files are handled transiently and not retained.

2. How we use your data

  • To create and manage your account
  • To send you sign-in (magic link) emails
  • To track your free/paid usage allowance
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To respond to support enquiries

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Who we share data with

  • Supabase — our authentication and database provider, which stores your account and usage data.
  • Stripe — our payment processor, which handles and stores your payment details securely.

These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect your data.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to have your account and associated data deleted, contact us at the address below.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
