Refund Policy

One-time purchases (5-use pack)

Because credits are made available for use immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer a refund once any part of the pack has been used. If you have not used any credits from your pack, contact us within 14 days of purchase at digitalformatspdf@gmail.com for a full refund.

Monthly subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. When you cancel, you will keep unlimited access until the end of your current billing period — we do not refund the remaining days of a period you have already paid for, since you retain full access throughout it.

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund where appropriate.

Your legal right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content. By purchasing a credit pack or subscription and choosing to use it immediately, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to the Service and agree that your right to cancel ends once any part of that purchase has been used, in accordance with these Regulations.

How to request a refund

Email digitalformatspdf@gmail.com with your account email address and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
